Reporting theft: before filing a report at the Guardia office you are advised  to find invoices, boxes or any documents which identify the model and serial number of your stolen property. This will facilitate its recovery. In the case of jewellery, bicycles and pets, supply photographs.

Interpreter: After a robbery, you can make a denuncia at the Guardia Civil office in Municipal Centre, Ciudad Quesada from 09:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. There is an interpreter in German and English. Other nationalities are advised to bring an interpreter.

There is a 112 Police emergency number (4 languages) if you need to speak English.  The Download section has a useful file for helping you to report incidents in Spanish to the police. Once you have reported the incident to the Police and your neighbours please contact me (Pat) or David, our Lead Coordinator so that we can add the incident to the Incidents page and the Facebook site.
